LOYALTY CARD INFORMATION

The Friary Mill digital loyalty card is provided by C2Epos Systems Ltd and enables customers to build up points upon purchasing selected products. By downloading the loyalty card to your wallet, you are confirming that you have read and understand the following terms of use, conditions and exclusions:

1. The loyalty card must be downloaded from the C2Epos website to your mobile wallet. Whilst every effort is undertaken on the part of both Friary Mill Bakery Ltd and C2Epos Systems Ltd to prevent the transmission of viruses, we recommend users have anti-virus software installed on their devices and we can accept no responsibility for the loss or corruption of data from virus transmission.

2. The loyalty card enables customers to build up points on specified product groups. Once 9 points are accrued on a specific group, the 10th item is free.

3. Product groups that currently enable customers to build points are: selected cakes, selected hot drinks, selected breakfast baps and selected hot savouries.

4. Some items and product groups may be excluded from gaining loyalty points.

5. The digital loyalty card cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer.

6. The digital loyalty card cannot be used in conjunction with the physical Friary Mill coffee loyalty card.

7. Cheapest item free.

8. Friary Mill Bakery Ltd take no responsibility for loss of points or rewards due to website or wallet malfunction.

9. Friary Mill Bakery Ltd reserve the right to remove or suspend use of the digital loyalty card without notice.

10. The wallet may not update immediately to give an accurate count of points. Your loyalty balance can be checked at any time in store.

11. The loyalty card must be used at point of sale, prior to payment being processed.  Points cannot be added retrospectively after sale has completed.

12. The digital loyalty card can only be used in store. Orders placed online, by phone or on our Retail Vans are not eligible to build points.
